  • Capsicum - 1
  • Red Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Garlic - 3
  • Tamarind - small gooseberry size
  • Dried Red chilli - 4 (adjust to taste)
  • Green Chillies - 4
  • Ginger - 1/4 inch
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida Powder, Oil - to temper
  • Salt - to taste

Add Mint, Cilantro, Tamarind, Salt and Asafoetida. Switch off Flame. Cool the roasted ingredients.
