  • Dried Red chilli - 10 (adjust to taste)
  • Whole White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Measure all the Ingredients and set aside.Roast Urad dal to golden brown.
