  • Channa Dhal - 3/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek- 1 tsp
  • Dried Red chilli - 2
  • Raw Rice - 1 tsp
  • Whole Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida Powder - 1 tsp
  • Whole Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Black Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 Sprig
  • Green Cardamom - 1
  • Cloves - 2
  • Cinnamon Sticks (approx 1 inch) - 1
  • Dry or Fresh Coconut - 1 tsp

Add Asafoetida and grind to desired consistency.

If using wet asafoetida,add small goose berry size and dry fry these along with other ingredients and grind together.You can sprinkle this masala powder in sabjis,rasavangi,Bisibelabath,vaangibath, and Rice varieties at the end for enhanced taste.
