- Chopped lemon grass - 2 - 3 tbsp
- Tea powder - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp (Optional)
- Honey - to taste
Add lemon grass and sugar in 1 1/2 cups of water. Allow it to boil and reduce to half.
Now add Tea to the boiling water, remove from flame and keep closed for 3 - 4 minutes.
Strain into cups and serve hot or cold as you prefer.
You can also add lemon juice and honey with this before serving.
In a serving cup add honey to taste, 1/4 cup of cold water and 1/4 - 1/2 cup of lemon tea and Ice cubes if required.
