- Lamb chop cutlets - 6 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tspn
- Cumin powder - 3/4 tablspn
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
- Mint leaves - 5
- Parsley leaves - 10
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Salt - as needed
Wash the lamb chop pieces and keep aside.
Marinade the lamb pieces with ginger garlic paste, chopped mint & parsley leaves, salt,paprika, cumin and turmeric powders.
Keep the lamb in the fridge for 30 minutes
Place a kadai on stove add oil and shallow fry the lamb pieces both sides. Alternatively dosa pan can be used to fry these chops.
Garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot. This can be served as a starter for parties.
Substitute paprika & parsley with chilli powder & coriander leaves.
