Try writing down all your fears in a paper & check for a month or so as to how many of it comes true... by the end of this exercise, U'll realise most of your fears are unnecessary... whether we fear or not, what ought to happen will happen... remember this always & u can come out of atleast some of the fears...Once you succeed in overcoming one of your worst fears, U'll realise how easy it is...

Negative thinking is the starting point for fear...so try to inculcate positive thinking in you...Just stop thinking once u see negative thoughts popping up & make ur mind to think in a positive direction... do it forcibly for a few days & then it'll become a habit/a part of you... You can try reading books on positive thinking & mind power... those help a lot...

If you fears are dictating ur normal activities, you can even try taking the help of a psychologist... they will be able to help you come out of it for sure...Good luck...:)
