i am priyadharshini saravanan, i am 8 weeks pregnant now. i have some doubts regarding food habit. i want to know what are all the eatable and non eatable items from the beginning of pregnancy.
i want to give birth to a healthy baby. i already consulted with doctor, she said that, "nothing to worry, you can eat as usual" but basically i wont eat regularly, also i am vegetarian. my height is 158 cm weight is 47 kgs. of course i am underweight.
so i want to get good tips from you friends.
please help me to get a healthy baby.
what are all the vegetables, fruits and other items i should eat,
what are all the things i should avoid.
