CARROT HALWA WITH BADAM AND CASHEW

INGREDIENTS :

CARROTS - 1/4 kG
MILK 1/4 CUP
SUGAR - 400 GRAMS
CASHEW - 50 GMA
BADAM - 50 GMS
GHEE - 5 TEA SPOONS

METHOD :

BOIL CARROTS IN A COOKER WITH MILK. GRIND BOILED CARROTS IN A MIXIE.
SOAK BADAM AND CASHEW FOR TWO HOURS. THEN MAKE A FINE PASTE.
IN A FRYING PAN MAKE SUGAR SYRUP OF 1 STRING. THEN ADD CARROT PASTE. THEN BADAM & CASHEW PASTE. ADD GHEE LITTLE BY LITTLE. NANADRAGA KILARAVUM. GETTIYAGA VANDAVUDAN, GHEE THADAVIYA THATTIL KOTTAVUM. AFTER 5 MINUTES, VILLAI PODAVUM.
