hi yuvan amma
Adding honey to milk is healthy. But i have no experience on this. I am giving Pediasure to my baby. I got best results . She gained good weight . So try Pediasure . You can mix it with milk and give. If you don't get Pediasure in your place try Junior Horlicks 123 . Its specially designed for toddlers. i don't know which stage your baby is now. hope so he must be toddler. If he preschooler u can try normal junior horlicks (junior Horlicks 456) . Give a try. re

Anbuthozhi,
Thanks for ur imm response. My baby is 1.4yrs old.. He is normal weight only.. Since honey is gud for health know.. Thatz y i m giving him with warm milk.. but My husband said that it will put weight on adding honey with milk... so that is my ques?

You are always welcome.
some of the things i want to share with u .
See your toddler height ..
A 32-inch-tall toddler ideally should eat about 1,300 calories a day for normal growth and weight gain. children age 1 to 3 years get about 40 calories per inch of height a day.

most toddlers will only eat between 1 to 2 "meals" per day. Yes, it is true and it's perfectly fine.If you think that your toddler should be eating a full meal at each mealtime, take heart - your toddler won't eat 3 "full" meals and further, does not need to eat 3 "full" meals per day! What your toddler does need is at least 1000 calories per day.so plan accordingly. i saw ur baby diet chart as u posted some reply to our friend.its really interesting. You are taking good care of ur little one.

Some kids don't need much food. Your little one isn't a baby anymore. Babies grow at a tremendous pace, but 1- to 3-year-olds grow more slowly. In fact, there are weeks when they don't grow at all. A toddler's appetite will vary according to that particular growth period -- sometimes he'll be hungrier and need more food than at other times. And since a toddler's stomach is small, he doesn't need much food to feel satisfied.

guidelines that help make mealtime more productive and less stressful for everyone

1. Prepare relatively simple meals.

2. Present the child with small portions on a small plate.

3. Allow the child to ask for more food and drink.

4.Praise the child for trying new foods and for exhibiting appropriate behavior at the table.

Use mealtime as a time to discuss positive things such as good deeds, good behaviors or nice work done that day.

hope this will help u in understanding ur baby more . have a good day. take care.

Thanks a lot
