6வது மாதம் தொடக்கம் - As per Scan Report says that My baby have only one kidney Pls Guide me

என்னக்கு இபொது 6வது மாதம் தொடக்கம், பெரியவர்கல் யரும் இல்லை உங்க்ள் ஆலொனைகல் please. and As per Scan Report says that My baby have only one kidney. But that one kidney function is good and baby also good so doctors says that continue the Pregnancy but my fear that in feature is that create any problem pls. friends guide me. ( We decide to continue the pregnancy but still i scared)

From my experience, I have a few suggestions.........

1. Walk regularly atleast 10 minutes after every meal, indoors or outdoors, to prepare your Pelvic muscles for a natural normal delivery
2. Make sure you chart your baby movements counts daily and have it discussed with your OB/GYN appt. If you feel that you didn't notice any baby movements, notify your Dr immediately
3. Do not forget to take your prenatal multivitamins prescribed by your OB/GYN and do not miss any OB/GYN appointments
4.Drink 5 to 8 glasses of water daily to avoid premature baby birth
5. Do not lift any sort of weights bending your back, instead, if necessary, try bending your knees alone while lifting weights but keeping your back straight
6. Try moisturizers/creams for your stretch marks at the very start
7. Eat a balanced meal 3 times a day and 2 healthy snacks like whole fruits, which would space out your food intake about 2.5 to 3 hours gap.
8. Make sure you eat a protein at every meal and snack. Proteins include Peanuts, Lentils, Milk, Curd, raw nuts, Fish, Poultry, Eggs etc.,. A good serving serving size is what you could hold in the palm of your hands
9. Drink milk twice a day
10. Read your favourite books or listen to your favorite songs daily to unwind yourself to have a quiet bonding time with your baby to be born

மனதை சந்தோசமாக வைத்து கொள்ளுங்க. நிறைய music கேளுங்க, books படிங்க.
உங்க குழந்தையோட நிறைய பேசுங்க.
நல்ல தூக்கம், சாப்பாடு, சின்ன சின்ன exercise, regular walk போதும்.

i am also now 6 month. be happy ad enjoy baby movement ad heart beat .... eat healthy food like green gram,egg, milk,etc.... listen to music,etc..
have a walk daliy ad before going to sleep bath with hot water it will help u to sleep well....
