Parotta chalna

Anyone of you please provide me the recipe for Parotta Chalna (which you can get in all roadside shops in Madurai and Trichy). I w'll be very thankful if u provide the recipe

Hi i have given my salna receipe parungal time irukum pothu

Parotta chalna
Ingredients:
Onion-2 nos (Chopped)
Tomato- 1 no(Chopped)
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 2 gloves
Red chilli - 3 nos
Green chilli- 1 no
Cumin seeds- 1/2 seeds
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds- 4 tsp
cinnomon stick(pattai)- 1/2 inch
Fennel seeds(sombu)- 1/2 tsp
Roasted gram(Pottukkadalai)-1 tsp
Cloves- 2 nos
Cardamom-1 no
Dry / fresh coconut- 2 tsp(Grated)
Mustard - 1/2 tsp(for tempering)
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp(for tempering)
Curry leaves- 10 nos( for tempering)
Oil- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp (or to taste)
Directions:
Grind chopped onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chilli,red chilli,coriander seeds ,cumin seeds, fennal seeds,pepper,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,roasted gram,coriander leaves,dry coconut with 1/4 cup water.
Heat oil in a sausepan, splutter mustard,cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add the blended gravy,turmeric powder and salt.
Simmer for 15 minutes until the oil seperated on top.
add water and adjust consistency depending on your preference.
Its my favourite side dish for parotta & very easy.
