Bread slices 10 numbers
A sprig of curry leaves
1 green chilli
half tsp mustard seeds
quarter tsp pepper powder
half tsp chilli powder
quarter tsp garam masala powder
one tsp salt
3 slices cheese
Pressure cook potatoes and carrot.
Peel off the skin. Mash potatoes and carrot.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Now add curry leaves, onions and saute.
When onions are slightly browned, add chilli powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt. saute.
Add mashed potatoes and carrot. Mix well with the masala.
Let it cool. Then take a handful of stuffing and shape it into a log. Repeat the same for entire stuffing.
Wet your hands with water and gently press the bread.
Sprinkle shredded cheese. Place the stuffing on one side of the bread and tightly roll the bread.
