recepies with spoilt milk

please tell us the level of spoilage. What is the condition of the spoilt milk , in other words, exactly what do u mean spoilt milk?

You can make excellant panner with spoilt milk.Bring the milk to boiling stage and add lemon juice or vinegar stir for some time you can see that solid milk separates from whey.Filter this with cheese cloth or dhoti cloth tie that and hang for sometime so that it becomes dry.Place some heavy things like cooker filled with water or something so that it become one solid slab like.You can now slice them and use in your dishes.

Surprised to see ppl using spoilt milk?... is it not harmful?... I thought it might cause stomach upset or food poisoning sort of troubles!!!...
