Weight loss diet ideas

This may be the most discussed topic in any forums on the WWW. But I didnt find a feasible solution for reducing my weight. I am not proud to say that my weight has increased about 10 kgs in the last 6 months. (Already I was 80+ ) Have no time to do any exercises. Could anyone suggest me the best, atleast better way to reduce my weight only by diet. I want suggestions from people who are successful by experimenting personaly. FYI, I am a vegetarian.

Doing exercise is the best way to reduce our body weight. Dont say, you have no time. Everybody has got 24 hours time in a day. Priority is the matter here. What do you prefer to do in the 24 hours is your daily life.

If you say, you do something, its all for your goodness. You work for money, the money is for your mental and physical pleasure. To enjoy anything in the world, you need your body with good fitness. So, maintaining a healthy weight is the most important thing to keep our body fit always. Strict dieting is also one of the ways to reduce body weight, but not the only way.

In my experience, I have reduced my weight around 7 kgs in a 3 months time, just by doing simple ground exercises and jogging for a while daily.

Avoid fatty food items also carbohydrates rich items. Consume more liquid foods like veg soups and eat raw vegetables. This may help you. You know, people fell in sick, like jaundice, malaria , have highly lost their weight in a short period of time. But dont attempt to get a disease ;-)

Daily in the morning, 1/2 hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

Thanks Mr. Mohan for your valuable advice. I too realise the importance of doing exercise, but I cant. I had undergone a major operation few weeks ago. So it is not possible for me to do any kind of exercises atleast for few more months. As per doctors say, I shouldnt involve in any physical activities that make me to sweat.

Thank you Sathyapriya madam. I am wondering what element in honey stops the fat accumulation. It consists of carbohydrates and water as major nutrients and also little bit amount of iron, calcium, protien etc. Anyway, I 'm going to give a try. I'ill tell you the result after sometime.

Try to include oats in your diet.A soluble fiber in oats helps to maintain healthy weight and reduces cholestrol too.
