5 years babies food

I have a 5 yr old girl,I use so many ways to give her veg and fruits everyday..
1) I steam veg,keerai anything and grind it and use that for making chapathi.(instead of water i use the grinded puree).
2)like carrot, shread or mince potato/cabbage and add it in noodles,or semia upma ,ravai upma..they cant take it out and put it away..
3) I make juice with veg.
4) I sit and eat with her saying what are all the vitamins the veg/fruit has...for the first two weeks it will be hard..but try it ,it is worth..now my daughter eats most of the vegs and fruits..

குழந்தைகளுக்கு சூப்,சாண்ட்விச்,கீகடைசல்,கிச்சிடி எல்லாம் இருக்கு பாருங்க ஒகேவா.

கத்தாரில் எப்ப்டி ரெண்ட் அதிகமா? துபாயில் இப்ப நிறையாஏற்றி விட்டார்கள்.ஒன்றும் பின்னூட்டம் வரவில்லையே?
