Gujarathi Food subji for chapathis

I am very fond of Gujarathi food. Would like to know the receipe of Subji which they make for Chappathis. (Pototo Subji) I think the secret is in the masala powder they add. Can any one give me how to prepare that masala powder or whole receipe of subjis?

Try using Kitchen King masala(everest brand) instead of garam masala... They make a huge diff... You can also try adding kasoori methi(abt a big pinch for a serving of 2-3) to most north Indian side dishes...
