how do i stop milk coming from breast

hi all
i have 1 year old son..and i m breast feeding till now. he s taking formula and also whole milk with proper solid foods..now i m planning to stop breast feeding..i dont know how to stop milk secreation..its not overflowing..but i have enough supply to my son..help me to stop it..thank u all..

வணக்கம்...அன்பு தோழி...ஒரு வயது குழந்தையின் தாய் பால் அருந்துவதை நிறுத்துவது மிகவும் கடினம் இல்லை... குழந்தையின் தேவைக்கு ஏர்ப்பவே பால் சுரக்கும்...எனவே படி படியாக குறைக்க வேண்டும்...இப்பொழுது 3 முறை குடித்து கொண்டிருந்தால் 2 முறையாக குறையுங்கள்...அப்படியே படி படியகா குறைத்தால் பால் சுரப்பது குறைந்து நின்று விடும்... பொறுமை மட்டுமே அவசியம்..

try keeping green cabbage leaves on ur breast... change them each time they wilt...

The smell of jasmin is also said to reduce the secretion of milk...

thanks for ur information.
now i stopped giving milk to him.. and the secreation s vey low now..
some body told that if u use cabbage and jasmin to stop secreation then..in future ..for second baby or so..the milk will secreate very less like that..
